Return Eligibility:




To qualify for a return:

 

The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

 

You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

 

A refund will only be considered for the complete order if an issue is raised regarding defective goods.

Refunds will not be provided for only a portion or part of the order, even if some items are found defective.

 

If any item in the order is defective, the entire order will be eligible for a refund. 





Non-Returnable Items:

 

We do not accept returns for half-used goods, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), sale items, or gift cards (if applicable).

Return Policy for Perishable Goods:



At Apna Rasta, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the nature of perishable items, like flowers, we have established the following return policy:

 

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a perishable item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

 

By placing an order for perishable goods on Apna Rasta, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy.




 

How to Request a Return:

 

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

 

Contact us at support@apnarasta.in within 24 hours of receiving your item.

 

Include the following in your email:

•           Order number

•           Image of the invoice

•           1 outer box image

•           2 clear images of the damaged product

•           Unboxing video of the damaged product

 

For shipments with multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

 

We will respond to your email within 24-48 working hours and provide full assistance thereafter.

If the return is validated, our vendor will collect the item, and our refund policy will apply as outlined.




 

Damages and Issues:

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at gyaneshwariorganics@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
